Brazil's Museum caught fire- Yesenia Ramirez

"History burns as Brazil's 200 year old national museum in Rio is razed by Fire"

This article was recently uploaded 20 hours ago but it occurred around 7:30 pm on Sunday at Rio de Janeiro. Some of my previous knowledge about Brazil was that they have had a massive corruption for the past few years. So I feel like situation like this might of really affected them because many treasures, discoveries, and history are now gone because the museum burned down. Many reporters and investigators still don't know the cause of the fire, or what could have started it. The way of how I relate this to our history is how we have also lost many historic objects and articles over the years and also how we also lost many historic places. Also the way we lost these things were because of war or protest and I feel like what if someone burned down the museum because of these reasons.

  1. I did this current event too!! How do you think the United States would’ve reacted if something like this happened here?
