Analysis: You'd think there's something more to this story. An explanation, at least. But no, United needed extra seats for standby crew so they randomly chose four passengers and all refused, they forcibly removed an Asian doctor that needed to work at the hospital the next day off the flight. This misconduct will surely have an impact on United and their business.

I can say with certainty that the rich people sitting in first class, were not on the "random selection list"
