Liza Kaye: potential gun carrying ban while drinking

http://www.offthegridnews.com/current-events/this-state-just-banned-carrying-a-gun-while-drinking-a-single-can-of-beer/

A new law in Utah is expected to be passed soon in regards to carrying guns while intoxicated. Although true intoxication doesn't typically exist by drinking one beer, or one glass, this law is to ensure cautious measures. I think that this law is necessary. Although it may seem a burden to people who let's say, want to carry their gun at a pub and have one drink, this law will help others. In a rare case that someone does become intoxicated after a beer, their effected actions could just cost the life of another person. They also claim that a level of intoxication is isn't unusual for a woman of 100 pounds. In addition to the banning of guns, they will also ban knives, and stunt-guns. Although it is a very precautionary measure, it will help ensure the safety of the community.

  2. Yeah, it only seems logical that drinking and being in procession of a weapon is outlawed.
