Evidence Against Hernandez- Kalena Rodriguez P5

Aaron Hernandez, a former NFL player on the New England Patriots, has walked in the courtroom for trial on murder and weapon charges. As of now, Hernandez and His friends Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz have pleaded not guilty and will be tried separately. the state's evidence against Hernandez appears to be largely circumstantial.
Lloyd, the victim, sent a text to his sister minutes before he was killed indicating the NFL. the man road in a car with Hernandez, and minutes after the text, witnesses heard shots fired at an industrial park about a mile from Hernandez's home, they told prosecutors.
There is a video of Hernandez holding a gun which is accused to be the murder weapon but the weapon has not been found. there is no hard and exact evidence against Hernandez throughout this entire process that can be proven in the court.
