Shooting near Pittsburgh synagogue: At least 8 dead, suspect in custody
A suspect is in custody on Saturday morning after a fatal shooting near the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh. At least eight people were killed according to multiple senior law enforcement officials. The suspect is believed to be Robert Bowers, 46, of Pittsburgh, and was armed with an AR-15-style rifle and multiple hand guns. Bower's social media accounts seemed to have posts containing anti-Semitic messages and hate speeches.
