Man shot in his own home by off duty police officer

A Dallas police officer by the name of Amber Guyger walked into her apartment complex but accidentally walked into the wrong apartment and shot Botham Shem Jean thinking he was an intruder, she was arrested on a charge of man slaughter. The victim had no criminal record an in fact was a straight A student and had already earned his bachelors degree. "We're still dealing in America with black people being killed in some of the most arbitrary ways, driving while black, walking while black and now we have to add living while black," Co council Benjamin crump said.
