Lex Willis- Hurricane Florence continues to approach the East Coast

Summary
     At 5 in the afternoon, the National Hurricane Center reported that Hurricane Florence is now a Category 4 with 140 mph winds, going towards Category 5. The forecasts predict that it will hit the Carolinas on Thursday; however, nothing is certain. North Carolina officials have already issued evacuations for Dare County and Hatteras Island. Florence can cause serious landfall in Florida, Texas, and the Mid-west.

This article is relevant because it lets us know who should be aware of the hurricane and who might be in harms' way. Hurricane Florence reminds me of Hurricane Harvey, Gert, and Cindy, which all happened in 2017.
