Hurricane Florence,Looting and Record Breaking Floods
Police in North Carolina are asking for help identifying people that looted a Family Dollar, in Wilmington on Saturday. During the looting police were contacted, however; management told them "not to intervene". The police are still trying to find the suspects and are going to "charge them to the fullest extent of the law".
Due to more rainfall on Saturday night from hurricane Florence, it caused more and more problems for the area. Woody White, Chairman of the country Board of Commissioners, claimed that "there is no access to Wilmington". Although Wilmington has dealt and survived by hurricanes from the past, it has never had something this bad and in which the hurricane has killed at least fifteen people.
