Anna Czyzewski - Joe Biden Hints at a 2020 Presidential Run

Summary: After CNN asked Joe Biden if he was thinking of running for office once more, Biden confirmed that he would be in 2020, for President. He noted that he was not promising anything, since "fate has a strange way of intervening." But due to his enjoyment of the working in the Senate, it's highly unlikely that he would let this go.

Analysis:
Biden has run for President in 1988 and 2008, but decided against running in 2015, and instead endorsed Hillary Clinton. Referring to the election of 2015(-2016) I would only hope that he doesn't change his mind. Many great presidents had to run a few times before actually being elected, such as Abraham Lincoln.

  1. I think it would interesting to see Joe Biden run for President, however he will be pretty old by then. It seems to me that the Democrats would have a better chance if they nominated a younger candidate in 2020.
