Summary: Donald Trump says that he doesn't believe that Russia was behind the "hacking" of the votes.
Analysis: He says that when he reads things that people say and different theories, they're uncertain of the facts because they don't know everything. Trump also says that once someone starts to hack, and they aren't stopped in the beginning, there's no stopping them. "It could have been Russia, China, or even someone somewhere in a den. You never know."
Synthesis: Many people in before elections, specifically in the 1900s, when people didn't like the chosen candidate, they'd make up lies about them and cause them of cheating, or the people who voted for them as traitors and cowards.

Although many people have been saying it was Russia not many agree just like Trump doesn't agree. I believe that there might be a possibility but who knows it could be anyone.
