Summary:
A woman, Daniela Gonzales, has identified a teen gunman who fired into an ice rink at Bryant Park in 2013. The shots that were fired seriously injured a 20 year old man and left a 14 year old kid paralyzed from the waist down. When Gonzales was waiting for her friend near the ice rink, she thought she heard some fireworks go off. But, she soon realized that it was gunshots. She identified the shooter out of a lineup of pictures of potential suspects.
Analysis:
I think that they should have found someone to identify the shooter sooner than 3 years later, but I am glad he is now in custody. People that get away with things like that need to serve time for what they have done. Even though nobody was killed, he ran from the situation and seriously hurt two people.
