Two female students at Valencia College in Central Florida claim that their class at the university forced the students into receiving trans vaginal probes to spare the grade in the class. The students state that the medical diagnostics class was told to participate in the exercise or find another program to attend or have their grades penalized and blacklisted for the future. Peer examination is typical for the class but nation wide there needs to be a reevaluation of the policies surrounding it. The lawsuit says that the sophomores "endured these invasive probes without a modicum of privacy. Plaintiffs would disrobe in a restroom, drape themselves in towels, and traverse the sonography classroom in full view of instructors and other students."
I find this highly disgusting for a college course to but the boundaries of female students because of their sexual organs and to punish them for not participation in an invasive procedure. With modern day digital test, the probe should not be required. There is no saying that students prior to the two sophomores had not been affected by this as well. The college continues to stand its ground saying that the practice was completely voluntary despite the coming fourth of the individuals outraged by the program.

This is horrible. I cannot believe this. I think that the students should take this to court, because I am sure that this violates some kind of constitutional right that these girls have which prohibits this.
