Summary - Just recently a California educational administrator was charged with a felony on sexual abuse after a student aired a video on YouTube regarding the abuse. The administrators name was Andrea Cardosa, and according to Riverside County's district attorney, John Hall, police arrested 40 year old Andrea Cardosa at 5:45 pm Monday night. She is also said to ne arraigned on Thursday. In addition early that Monday morning a 5 million dollar warrant was put out for Andrea considering the woman who aired the video and was sexually abused my Cardosa was 28 by now. Not only that, Andrea indeed has been charged for 16 counts of sexual abuse with two girls including the 28 year old woman.
