Another man, in Florida shot at 4 teens and killed one of them based on assumptions. They were at a local gas station, and the teens arrived with loud music, and he asked them to bring the music down. They refused and it seemed that one was drawing a weapon, when the shooter, Michael Dunn, pulled out his gun and shot 8 or 9 times killing one of the teens. The police say the teens had no weapons in the car and Mr. Dunn is being charged with first degree murder.
This case shares similarities with the Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman case that happened last year and has gained international attention. I understand that often times at night, especially with teens, they're always up to trouble and you never know what's going to happen. In respect to the teens, however, a guy shouldn't shoot at you just because your music is loud. I mean, the car does allow you to blast your music if you choose to.

I totally agree, he shouldn't have pulled out his gun. If it was bothering him so much he could have driven away or called the police to make a complaint, no start firing. At random teenagers.
