Fake Bill from WALLY WORLD! WOAH!

This story was basically about how a woman, got a fake one hundred dollar bill, and she was less fortunate than most, so therefor that hundred dollars would've done alot for her. I honestly feel like that's the CIA's fault because they are supposed to be in charge and over things of that sort. This woman, fortunately, had enough to subsist on, but the real question is what if she didn't? What if that hundred dollars was her only, and the system snateched what little bit she had away from her? This could mentally mess up someone's mind due to the fact that money rule's the world.
