Anti-Muslim Trailer by Clara McLain

The article is mainly about who the filmmaker is, his religious backgrounds, and basically why he made the movie. The filmmaker is known as Basseley Nakoula, but denies that he actually made the film.  There is a possibility of Sam Bacile being the filmmaker, but this is still speculation. The film has caused many attacks on United States embassies in the middle-east, as well as the death of our Libyan United States ambassador. Actors in the film claim they were unaware that they were participating in an anti-Muslim film.

My view about this article and mainly the event itself is of very strong disapproval, not only of the event but in the manner it is being handled by the media and mainly the government. We live in a country that has given us the right of free speech, and to make an anti-Muslim film if we choose. Is this not right? Let us be reminded of the killing of Bin Laden that was such a great American achievement, that it is being turned into a movie. So what is the difference between these two films? There is not one. The actors of the film claim to be ignorant of what the film was, but how can this be true?

  1. well, i guess people have reasons to have their own opinions against people but what i think is why exactly would they make a film about hatred towards a religion or ethnicity when they did nothing personaly to them.
