Back in March, almost 50 people were charged in a nationwide college admissions scandal. Wealthy parents paid large amounts of money in order to assure the childs acceptance into prestigious universities like Yale, Georgetown, Stanford, as well as the University of Southern California. Even some ccelebrities were caught up in the scandal. Many people work nail and tooth to get into college, and in most instances it is the only way to fulfill their dreams. The students explain how they knew that there was something happening behind closed doors. They are just more surprised that the people actually got caught. In my opinion it is ridiculous and needs to be stopped. The amount of spots being taken because someone paid their way to the top is unfair and unjust.
