Samsung fails again- Camryn Stafford

summary:
Samsung is suffering another big failure, after their Galaxy Note 7, with their washing machines. The 733 reports Samsung received all talked about the machines experiencing excessive vibration or the top detaching. Nine of these reports detail injuries including a broken show, injured shoulder, and others. Samsung is now working directly with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
analysis:
Chris Smith is the author of this article that is somewhat opposed to samsung's new technology. He points out that Samsung is not having a good run and he points out the reason for the consumers' injuries. It is unfortunate that both the Galaxy Note and the washing machines have both failed in such a short span of time. It seems unlikely to have such a major brand mess up two times in a row. I believe that this article was written to inform potential buyers of the potential dangers that come with a purchase. These new technologies can be synthesized to the cotton gin and how even though it was a new and exciting technology it paved the way for slave expansion.

  1. Samsung is really struggling with finding a proper way to construct their products. They need to find a better way quickly before they end up going out of business. It's a good thing that they are partnering with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.

  2. I published a blog about the phones blowing up a few weeks back, so to hear that Samsung is still struggling is kind of sad. I'm sure this is just a rough patch for the company, and I hope they get back on their feet soon.

  3. Jada Brown: Honestly, I think they're trying to compete with Apple maybe, and just need to slow down and carefully create phones.
