Wildfire- Sanaya Gangal

Summary of Article:
Southern California is drowning in wildfires that are destroying numerous buildings and homes. "By Tuesday morning, the fire had burned about 45,000 acres in 13 hours..." and affected a city of more than 100,000 people along the Pacific Ocean. This alarming incident destroyed about 150 buildings by Tuesday morning.

Analysis:
I hope that the people who are live near this wildfire are safe and protected. I also feel that people should donate some money to help rebuild the damage that wildfire caused after the situation is fire free.

  1. The wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters are a direct cause of weather changes brought on by global warming. We need to stop the rise of atmospheric temperature before climate change permanantly damages ecosystems.

  2. I agree. Hopefully these people in the vicinities of these wildfires can be safely protected.

  3. I agree that we need to be supportive of the victims of the wild fires. We also definitely need to take steps to help stop global warming. That would be the best long term solution. If we don't take care of our environment, things will only get worse.

  5. Unfortunately this kind of stuff doesn’t seem like it’s going to stop. While I don’t believe that it is a direct cause of global warming, I do think here are measures that can be taken to increase our planet’s health.

I remember reading something about this earlier this school year. I didn't realize they were still happening so frequently. I don't know what someone could do to fix this, I honestly don't know if this has to do with Global Warming. It seems like this stuff is always due to Global Warming. That mean earth won't be healthy again until humans helps it out, maybe less fires would happen.
