Current Events: War with North Korea
The case may be that only Trump and his administrators know how close we are to war with North Korea. Trump’s National Security Adviser, H.R. McMaster said that tensions with North Korea are growing every day and so is the chance of war. Many of Trumps top advisers believe that we should keep peace with North Korea, but Trump seems more eager than past presidents to start conflict. It has been said that Trump is the wild card in this situation, and that if he wants war it will happen, but if he leaves it alone then there will just be underlying tension.
Trump has been so ridiculously immature with the North Korea situation with all of his tweets that sound like a 5th grader wrote them. America definitely does not need a war right now, because we are still very much in debt, and we just got out of unwanted war that Bush had gotten us into. Although if we do go to war with North Korea we will have our allies fighting alongside us, but then again, everyone hates Trump.
Definitely agree that Trump couldn't have picked a worse time to be president of pick a fight with North Korea. Luckily, if it comes down to it Japan and China are more likely to help us than North Korea but still, I can do without a war.
