summary:
People in Alabama have been hearing about that this popular drive in that will not be demonstrating the movie "Beauty and the Beast" due to the gay pride visible in the production. They have been saying that they will not play this movie because they don't support Disney showing scenes that won't allow God to be with you. Many people have been speaking up and helping these Christians and people that there is not much wrong about this being shown, they are fighting for what they believe while half or more of the town are in support of the ban towards this film.
Analysis:
This was written for CNN by Jay Croft, published on Monday march 5,2017. Although i have not directly heard about this topic I've heard and read over similar ones. In fact ,there has been many cases in which there is a small town and they all believe in the same thing but when something comes along that does not agree with what they have going on they compare it to something more evil and ugly than it should be. This is very similar to how the people back in the day used to all believe in the same idea but when a new one struck out it was like chaotic. If we recall also the disgust people had toward certain races and people believing they were lesser than them and didn't add up to Gods will they would react very similar to how people reacted now.

Kiri Luckey: This is so sad! I feel the movie is showing confidence and fighting for what they believe in.
ReplyDeleteIn addition, the movie isn't being revolutionary at all. The scene is the smallest they could go for and the character is already a disliked villain. The movie isn't doing anything risky, it's trying to get away with the very least it can do.
