Summary: Everyday Brandon Bautista rides in his parent car and passes the memorial for the sheriff's deputy. Brandon has the same name as one of the fallen and feels that he has a close connection with Brandon Collins and his family who are grieving for their loss. When his birthday came didn't want any special gifts instead he wanted to raise money for the Collins' family. Brandon is a big supporter of the cops, paramedics, and firefighters. Brandon was wanting to raise $50 but he surpassed his goal and raised $335. According to his mother this isn't out of the blue instead she said he see's theat dong good pays off. Brandon felt for the family and because heft his wife and children and just wanted to help and do something for them.

This is a really great story to hear! I am glad to know that our people still care for one another while all of this mess is going around. I hope that this man continues to raise money and maybe even go national.
ReplyDeleteThis is so great! I think it's amazing when the youth get involved and help out their community. I believe focus should be taken off of technology and focused more on good deeds such as this.
