Mother in a coma for two months gives birth to a baby girl

Maria Kudrina who is 31 was pregnant when she was hit by a train shortly before Christmas. The baby remained unharmed while the mom was put in a coma due to being struck in the head at least twice as the train car passed by. The baby was named Maria after her mom and weighed 1 pound and 1.6 ounces. She remains in an incubator but is doing well. The doctors were unable to use medicine to awaken the mom from the coma in fear of harming the baby, but now that the baby is alive and well, they are hoping for another miracle.
Trains have been a great invention in the United states for transporting materials and uniting the north and the south. But with the advantages from the railroad comes disadvantages. Many deaths have come from this transportation, and they are still continuing to happen to this very day. Humans have to be extremely careful because although this technology has great advantages, it comes along with some bad disadvantages.

  1. Even though it's terrible what happened to the mother it's good that she has able to give birth. Hopefully with modern medicine she will soon wake up.
