Obama's immigration plan has been blocked after 26 states sued. Now, even fewer immigrants will be able to redeem citizenship in the United States. People living in the United States with families outside of our borders will now have a harder time being reunited.

Analysis: This can be related to the immigration quotas enforces in the early 1900s. Because of the quotas, only about 3% of the immigrants were allowed into the United States. Only the finest immigrants were allowed to come over so that our work force and manufacturing industries would increase. Quotas were put on immigration because immigrants were overpowering our workforce and taking jobs away from Americans.
It's sad that the same issue on immigration we had about 100 years ago is still happening today.
