Summary
Dekale Bowman, a murderer who killed 16 year old Taiyania Thompson, was accidentally released from Maryland jail. Police officials said that there were no warrants to stop him from being released despite the convicted murder charge.

My thoughts and Synthesis
There is a very big problem if they are just going to let a murderer free. So it is either a whole legal system issue or staff issue. Rodriguez Purnell was also a suspect i maryland that was accidentally let free. Apparently, police officials thought he was only convicted of things like robbery and let him go.
