Sunday, two juveniles in St. Louis, Missouri were arrested for beating a man or death with hammers. Police caught two of the teens responsible, a 14 and 15 year old on Sunday and now a third, 17 year old, has turned himself in to the police. He was arrested as an adult and charged with first degree murder.
The man they beat was Zemir Begic who was 32. The teens were said to have approached his car and kicked it while he and others were inside. He got out to deal with the boys and they began beating him with the hammers in the stomach, face and head in front of his fiancé and other people in the car.
This is a crazy story. I don't really understand how a family could sit the there and watch a loved one get beat down and I don't understand how guys can be heartless enough to beat a man lifeless with hammers.

This is such a cruel, inhumane, and unusual choice of harm. It really shows that Americans can use anything to kill someone and we are certainly fortunate that justice was carried out in this instance when the men were taken into custody. Elizabeth Muscari p6
