Summary: Sasha Andrade, an artist out of Chula Vista, San Diego, California, has come under fire after a mural showing president Trump's decapitated head, impaled on a spear, was painted on the wall of a local charter school. After people complained, she agreed to change the mural. However, when threats were made to the school, the mural was changed completely. The artist has not returned comment.
Position: (Note: The image has been attached at the bottom of this post). I believe that, if the president can call foreign leaders "Rocket man," and, "Crazed lunatics," then somebody can put up a mural like this. 'Nuff said.
The first amendment is there for a reason. Plenty of controversial images and words are spoken everyday so it doesn’t hurt to add more.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very depicting mural which has been done really well. She has the right to do this. Why? Because of the first amendment. Deal with it Trump supporters.
