Hepatitis A outbreak continues in two states- Noah Huerta

https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/01/health/hepatitis-a-kentucky-indiana-bn/index.html

A very small outbreak of Hepatitis A has been declared and growing since November, and continues today with 400 cases in Kentucky  and 67 cases so far in Indiana.
There have been very minimal deaths, with only three people dead from the outbreak,
and there is no cause found yet or a solution.

Again, with no cause or solution found yet, this will continue to affect the homeless, people with drug addictions, and the incarcerated the most. This brings up Affordable Health Care topic again and reminds me of  when Reagan would let thousands of mental patients out in the streets with no place to call home and got none of that fixed.

  1. Sometimes I get hopeful and think "hm maybe the government isn't trying to kill us" and then I see stuff like this where mostly homeless/poor minorities without healthcare are dying without help and all that hope is gone
