As TSA lines get longer, many people are assuming it is a recent thing. However, in most cases, the lines at the airport have always been overwhelming. People say the long lines come from there being a lack of screeners, increase in passengers, people adding things to their carry ons to avoid fees, and more. TSA also predicts the lines will get worse before they get better and there isnt a quick solution for the problem. Also, it is a world wide problem, not just one in the US. This creates even more of a struggle to cover all of the airlines and shorten lines.
I dont think this is too big of a problem. People should just arrive to their flight earlier and wait if they get there earlier. It is frusrtating but airports are trying to keep us safe in the long run.
