It will relieve the driver from the impending feeling of being shot or killed as well as alievaite the police with the pressure of killing/injurying someone. This advancement in technology reminds me of the police brutality seen during the civil rights movement as well as present day. Having this technology will bring down the amount of people who die in car chases as well re-establish the peoples trust in police, without all the death.
