The very unpopular and disliked leader of Brazil, Rousseff, is on the road to impeachment. Brazil is currently going through its "worst economic crisis in decades," and the temporary leader during the impeachment trial will be put in charge of dealing with this. She had been accused of corruption, flawed policies, and scandals. She created a leftist "Worker's Party," and this has outraged much of the population, saying that it is the cause for soaring prices for everyday products such as basic food. She is the second Brazillian leader to face impeachment, but everyone is grateful for it.
This is kind of similar to when Nixon faced impeachment, but he resigned instead of going through with the trial. Nixon faced impeachment because of obstruction of justice, and Rousseff's situation is quite similar, except instead of bugging an office, she made the economy horrible and was a corrupt leader.

Especially with the Olympics coming up in Brazil, I think a new leader would be the best choice economically

I don't know if they could handle a new leader right before the Olympics, but I hope things get settled
