U.S. gathers information about possible targets in Libya

After the death of U.S. ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, U.S. intelligence claim that the attack was a terrorist planned attack planned by al Queada and the militant targets in Libya could be struck if President Barrack Obama ordered such an action. For weeks, U.S drones have been gathering intelligence for weeks in eastern Libya. American agencies were eavesdropping on insurgent communications. One official wanted to be cautiousness about this situation. While acknowledged that "options are being teed up",  he said "don't think that a final list of who was involved is solid". The official also said that the early listings of targets or personnel is apart of standard target planning and is "highly pre-decisional", noting that the president would have to decide whether to launch a strike or not.  If a strike is launched, against any enemy personnel, the calculations of civilians calculations will be avoided.
