Mamma Bear: by Jorge Olvera
In the Issaquah school district, a small family of bears were running across the elementary school! People are guessing that the bears were heading out to a creek that is full of salmon. Everyone was safe and no one got hurt. All of the children were excited instead of scared. This event was a good day to practice safety procedures. The event wasn't long, the facility still got everyone fed and recess was all there that day. I'm glad that no one got hurt and hopefully they can figure out a way to keep wild life out just in case the bears come out when everyone is outside.

Ha I would've been excited too! Glad no one was hurt.
ReplyDeleteThis is a good example of the fact that you never know what is going to happen. It's a good reminder of school's to be prepared for anything and to always have a back up plan.
