PAPA JOHNS BLOWING EVERYBODYS PHONE UP by Rachel Almquist
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle is suing Papa John's, a tasty pizza company, for sending 500,000 illegal texts to their customers. They are saying that Papa John's is violating federal and state law by having the company OnTime4U solicite their customers. Papa John's faces $250 million. Papa Johns shouldn't have anyone send their customers anything. That's so many texts to have just "sent" for no reason. What about the people that have limited texting? Going over your data plan is very expensive, I bet Papa Johns doesn't even care.

Maybe they thought it would build their buisness, but they only looked at the positive side and not the "maybe I could be persicuted for harrasing people" side.
