The brief life of a mass-murderer by Carter Brown
"A Connecticut official said the mother of the gunman in the Connecticut massacre was shot four times in the head before her son went to the elementary school where he gunned down 26 people. Adam Lanza then killed himself with a single bullet to the head from a 10 mm gun, and the bullet was recovered in a classroom wall. Law enforcement officers in Newtown, Conn. only had one brief contact with Lanza while the 20-year-old mass murderer was still alive." According to news reports all over the world, the FBI and police are in the process of uncovering the truth behind Adam Lanza's past and motives for the murder of 26 people. Many people know the story by now of how Lanza went on a very horrible and tragic shooting spree in the middle of an elementary school, killing 26 people including innocent children. Authorities say, however, that in an era of electronic and social presence preferred by young people, Lanza did not have much of an online identity. Friends and family say he was very shy and quiet, yet very smart. Almost a genius. As for my thoughts, I don't really have much to say that hasn't already been said by those before me. It is a very depressing subject for, not only myself, but millions others, including those personally affected by this incident. It is unfortunate to hear these things and come to the realization about the real world we all live in filled with people that commit these atrocious crimes for no known reason...
