38 killed in Russia hospital fire by: CARLOS WALCOTT A.K.A. C-LOS UP IN DA HOUSE

A fire at a psychiatric hospital in Russia on Friday, killed 38 people. Mostly patients. Those who died in their sleep died due to the inhaling the fumes. Firefighters found 12 bodies, according to a local news publisher. Four patients were found near the exit of the hospital, while eight others were found in their rooms. This hospital had bars on its windows (since it's a mental institution), preventing escape. Most of the bodies were found still in their beds.
