The adoptive parents of a child born with both female and male organs are suing S.C. for making baby boy into a girl. The biological parents of the child left him abandoned leaving it up to the doctors the decision of making the baby a boy or girl at 16 months after birth. The reason for this case is because now the "girl" being 8 years old she says she feels more like a boy stuck in a girls body. He refuses being called a girl and tries to be as boyish as he can knowing that he stuck in a girl body. All his friends, family, and leaders support him and defend him. Now they are saying that the surgery made on the child violated the 14th amendment and will suffer a trial.
OPINION : I definitely do not have a say in this I've never understood this kind of issue at all.
