5th PERIOD REVIEW: "Battle Hymn of Lt. Calley" - Carson Wright

Hey, folks--this is the video about Lt. William Calley and the My Lai Massacre that wouldn't play in class this morning.

Sometime after Americans learned of the atrocities at My Lai, this song was written, casting Calley--an American war criminal--in a heroic light. I made this video to sharply juxtapose this misguidedly made positive account of Calley's actions with what actually happened during the massacre. There are several graphic images.
